A large share of the buyers in this market are moving on a PCS timeline — sometimes sight-unseen, often with a report deadline measured in days rather than weeks. That shapes how we work: inspections scheduled fast, reports delivered electronically, and an inspector who will get on the phone and walk a remote buyer through what the photos are showing.
The name is literal. It is a veteran-owned company, run by people who have moved a family on orders and know what it costs to get it wrong.
Inspections are performed to InterNACHI Standards of Practice. We support the Disabled American Veterans and offer a discount to anyone who has served.
